good pre sales, but rushed install and had to chase for months to get certass.

Workmanship was not ideal originally however company rectified without problem so all good.

The insulation of the windows was installed to a high standard , and the team was very reliable ,on time and tidy as they worked throughout the insulation , good quality windows and would recommend and use again in other projects .

I’m very happy with the installation. The standard of installation workmanship is very high, though there was a minor fault in manufacture which was readily resolved on site. The company is let down slightly in the area of communications; eg trickle ventilation to a particular minimum area in some of the windows was specified very clearly at the outset. However the specified area wasn’t included when the windows were installed, requiring rework on site.

Clearly the demand for their products and fittings has impacted on their time keeping and reliability, as has supply of materials, but I think that is true of all trades over the last 12 months. While there have been issues, they have eventually been rectified. It could have been a smoother process and better experience but I don�t think it was intentionally delivered in this way. Leanne made a huge difference to our overall experience, without her I think we may have felt very differently.

The company didn’t finish the job and I wouldn’t use them again.

Work carried out by friendly and hard working company. High quality work carried out. Very happy with the works completed.
