There was an issue with the glass supplied as there were a couple of scratches. However, the contractor replaced the glass without fuss and in a timely manner. I would recommend.

He was brilliant when he was here and did a good job of fitting the windows and doors. He was very personable , helpful and polite. He could have been more responsive and kept us informed more on the process or lead times.

Stanley is very approachable and knowledgeable about his work. We are very happy with the install of windows and doors to our 4bed house.
We have given a lower score due to communication. Stanley works on his own and at times he is obviously very busy and doesn't respond to the customer in a reasonable timescale. I believe he has worked on this and is now very responsive!
All in all, a great job done and we believe the aftercare will also be a good service as we trust Stanley.

Stanley was very polite efficient and accommodating. As for Certass they need to be a little more honest, transparent and thoughtful with their communications as it would save customers a lot of time.
