Had a number of installations from Shefflock every time excellent service fully recommended

We are very happy with the final outcome and are very happy with Shefflock as a company The doors look great. However, there were some issues along the way. The light needed to be reordered due an error in initial measuring and the plasterer was unreliable (he was ill on some days, but didn’t let us know he wasn’t going to come).

Well explained quotation, fitter turned up on time, knew exactly what he was doing and fitted the unit with care. Site left clean and tidy and the workings and future maintenance well explained.

Very good standard of finish, told us which windows we didn’t need to replace and managed to rectify an error in the colour of door in a timely manner.

Very happy that 100% of the waste glass and frames will be recycled.Hardly any damage to surrounding window edges and window sill so decorating is just a touch up.The old glass units had lead in the design and were very heavy units but SheffLOCK handled them professionally.In and out in a few hours.

The installer (Glenn) was extremely thorough in his work and a pleasure to have in the house

The product (our door) is one of the best on the market. Unfortunately between office staff and the workmen (fitters) there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and redirection of blame as our order was messed up. Also the same has happened with Shefflock with someone else we know. I would recommend for the product. But not for the extra hassle of playing primary school petty games to get a straight answer about your order.
