Excellent service would def use again!

Door not fitted in line with top window pane. It’s about an inch off, which several of our neighbours have commented on. Told us this is our fault, even though nothing was mentioned on the initial survey. Told us we didn’t specify we wanted a door that was inline with the top window pane. Wait for the door was 3 months and cost us ~£2500. Very upset with the purchase. We have noticed water at the bottom of the plastic sill inside. We will monitor this and contact them if it continues. It will likely be our fault though, and I doubt they will do anything about it. As they have not taken responsibility for any faults or delays.

Composite Doors Cardiff did everything they could to ensure that my doors were fitted to an extremely high standard and the very tiny scratch on one of them was corrected as soon as they received the matching paint from the manufacturer. My doors look fantastic and everyone who sees them say they are the best they've seen. I would highly recommend Composite Doors Cardiff to anyone seeking a quality door.

Turned up on time, were quick and efficient when fitting the door then tidied up after themselves. Explained how to lock and unlock the door before they left.

I wasn't informed about the delay in providing my door, I had to contact the contractor and ask where it was. On fitting there were items missing from the door which needed a call back to fit. There was a piece of beading missing that needed fixing. The window in the door was meant to be fan shaped but there is no fan shape. The door handle was replaced quickly by the manufacturer as the internal one was marked and the outside one was the wrong type.

All in all the fitting went well although there is a gap now next to the door which was not there originally as it was covered with a PVC strip that was not supplied. All the repairs etc were corrected and done quickly and efficiently, I have no issue with the fitters but am not really happy with the customer service.

We have had several issues with this installation but most were caused by the supplier rather than the contractor who is trying to resolve these.

Contractor was good. However, I did have issues with manufacturer of the doors which the contractors dealt with sufficiently.

Installers were very good, but front door frame appeared to be measured slightly smaller than would be ideal, and required some expanding foam filler at the top.

Requested a replacement trim part to fix a piece that was broken either during install or was supplied broken - still waiting to receive that from the manufacturer.

Requested someone call round after install to adjust the alignment of the door slightly, since gap at bottom appears to be too small and may damage the insulation or jam. Have not had any response.

Rob the owner was so friendly and helpful and gave us great device and always in our best interest. He went over and above to meet our requirements. The fitters were very polite and did a great job. We are very happy with the doors and will definatly use Composit Dors Cardiff again for any windows we require.

Composite Doors are great to work with. This job was sub-contracted out to Newberry doors who are mostly very good also. The door is excellent quality and we are very pleased with it. We had a couple of issues post installation but they were quick to sort this. The only issue we had was with getting some extra keys sorted.

The work was completed ahead of the agreed schedule. The workers did a professional job tidying up as they progressed their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
