The filters were friendly dedicatedand very professional they went above and beyond i was so happy with the work they have done my windows fitted are brilliant
Currently in dispute. One window doesn’t open at all. Three have scratches on the glass and one has a mark running through the middle of the glass. Outside kitchen windowsill left with a substance all over it that has left a brown mark after cleaning it off. Same substance all over outside hose reel. Stood on toilet seat and scratched it (new bathroom), said they would pay for new and fit. Neither has happened. Rubble left everywhere that we had to start cleaning up as they were walking on it and it could have caused damage to the floor. They came and changed one pane and the new pane
The original job was done very poorly, with wide trims fitted when only very narrow ones were needed, and the application of silicone done very badly indeed.More than a year after fitting they finally sent someone to correct the work. He was excellent and very thorough. So we are finally happy with the job., and the 2 that I have given for the original Workmanship Standards would rise to 9 – quite a difference!!

After service customer care could be better. However, the Sales Manger is very professional and a very nice person.
Very happy with the work and result. Those doing the work were friendly, and took care over their work. The main issue was communication around the time they were going to do the work, and being pressured to pay when work was still to be done.
Price vs Value, I would recommend this installer, however would caution they are not the neatest nor the most careful installer.
Issues with customer service, gappy windows.
I felt my job was very rushed. There were no end caps fitted, the windows catch and the handles are loose. The company keep making promises to return but don’t.
We are still waiting for defects to be resolved, when ringing the reply is,there is a pandemic you know!! Waiting for faulty glazing to be replaced and windows which cannot be closed once opened!!
Couldn�t have asked for a better service
Difficult to get hold of but did accomdate.The fitters were all good guys, friendly. Just felt they seemed a little rushed and I had to ask for obvious things such as the sill covers to be put on prior to them leaving.Everything was sorted in the end and couldn’t fault the price.
