Contractor replied quickly to original enquiry. Came out two days later to discuss requirements and measure up for quote. Quotation received two days later. All correspondence was done in a friendly but professional way. All questions about the product and installation were answered promptly either by email or by phone. Installation carried out on date agreed. Very happy with pricing of the items and the way the work was carried out.
