Overall I would recommend as the quality of the products is good. But the principal issue that the company needs to work on is communication - while they were super-responsive at the point of sale, we found that that responsiveness dropped off somewhat once the work was awarded, and getting responses on snagging has been particularly painful.

The damage to the window surround must be explained in full to customers
