Poor quotation to order translation, poor attention to detail and interpretation of customer requirement�s. The product was incorrect upon first installation, product was reordered correctly by the contractor and refitted but parts of the order were still incorrect which I will now have to live with. Fitters were untidy and left a number of snags some of which were not fully resolved. Invoice we sent prior to a final sign off. Whilst faults/ snags were being resolved payment was demanded and threats of court were made for non payment. Overall poor experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jez was very down to earth and explained everything fully. He didn�t try and sell me anything that I didn�t need. The windows were fitted earlier than expected and I was kept informed every step The fitter was tidy and left the house as he found it. All the mess was cleared up. Very happy with windows and service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Whilst there were some delays in the supply of the product and some errors in measuring up, the contractor did make regular contact and was efficient in sorting all issues in the end. We understand that some things were outside of their control and would happily use them again.

Under the current difficult circumstances and weather conditions, hence not all 10s the work was carried out to a high standard. The fitters worked hard handling the situation excellently. Regal Home Design have been very helpful with everything and would definitely recommend them to others.

Delays and poor communication

Complaint 1The contractor has agreed to put a suitable lintel but they cheated me with a cheap angle iron which caused a sag in the brickworks above my french door frame. The fitter refused to show me the part which I paid for and I didn’t see him bringing it to my house. When I asked for an invoice they gave me one with no traceable details like price or supplier details.Complaint 2The french doors cannot be closed properly. The fitter refused to show us how things work. We thought it was normal, but after a thorough inspection I found out the top shoot bolt is hitting the metal part and it’s an absolute pain to lock the door which was from day one.
