Fitters were excellent

The team at A14 were excellent from initial visit to quote through to final installation. Leigh was our initial contact and was professional, personable and provided a competitive quote. Simon and Ben fitted all windows and bi-folds expertly, tidily and with speed. I would highly recommend the team at A14 – our experience was faultless and we�re delighted with the end result.

The team was great and I would definitely use them again. We dealt with Leigh Handley and he was also ver responsive to our quires.

Overall product and finish is now in line with expectation , unfortunately there were many issues that were encountered that resulted in several delays and negatively impacted us as a customer , the contractor did eventually rectify these issues and reimbursed some associated costs , overall this wasn’t a great customer experience .

Views already shared with contractor.

It took 3 attempts before one of the windows was correctly fitted. Builders on site had to put in extra plasterboard to hide gaps between wall and window. Windows not cleaned after fitted. Jobs left unfinished. It took about 6 months to fit the windows in a standard 3 bedroom house from start to finish. In their favour staff were always polite and friendly and the product i.e. the window itself is fine.

I am very disappointed. The windows had to be remeasured as they didn’t fit correctly. There are also roller marks over the glass which I can’t remove.
