The team at A14 were excellent from initial visit to quote through to final installation. Leigh was our initial contact and was professional, personable and provided a competitive quote. Simon and Ben fitted all windows and bi-folds expertly, tidily and with speed. I would highly recommend the team at A14 - our experience was faultless and we’re delighted with the end result.

The team was great and I would definitely use them again. We dealt with Leigh Handley and he was also ver responsive to our quires.

The initial installation of the windows was poor, too much messy silicone was used and internal beading didn’t fit properly. The contractor returned and fitted external quadrants and used too much silicone again, they returned another 2 times, firstly to trim and then secondly to completely remove silicone on outside edges of the quadrants. This has left a gap between the quadrants and the wall that looks better from a distance but not close up.
The internal beading was finally fitted properly by the manufacturer.

It took 3 attempts before one of the windows was correctly fitted. Builders on site had to put in extra plasterboard to hide gaps between wall and window. Windows not cleaned after fitted. Jobs left unfinished. It took about 6 months to fit the windows in a standard 3 bedroom house from start to finish. In their favour staff were always polite and friendly and the product i.e. the window itself is fine.
