Communication poor but workmanship good

Lacked on communication, was not given update of door ordered unless I contacted Kimberlite first. I waited nearly 4 months for the door, if I had been told when ordering how long it could take I would of probably bought elsewhere.

Excellent from start to finish. finish of the highest quality and very polite.
