I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy they all worked. Every part of the job was done to a very high standard and professionalism. I would highly recommend DM Windows they are great value for money. Great job thanks guy’s.

This was through an insurance claim so I can’t make comment on some sections as I dealt with insurers and not conservatory company . They came back to deal with a leak , again via insurers and not direct . Conservatory design is lovely

We had three flush casement windows fitted by DM Window Installations Ltd and are delighted with the result. They were punctual, professional, and solved fitment challenges with ease. The installation was tidy, efficient, and followed up with great aftercare. Highly recommended for good quality window installation in the Bristol area.

Long long delay between order and finished job due to black colour choice being difficult for manufacture apparently. First window manufactured rejected as substandard.

There was an error in manufacture by one of their suppliers which was not picked up but once identified they responded very well to rectifying the problem and subsequently were very flexible in terms of timings for latter phases of the project.  All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending DM Windows.

On fitting the rear door. The fitters ripped up the current floorboard, damaging it and rendering it useless. Instead of getting the carpenter on site to remove it properly.

It took three attempts to install one window as it wasn’t according to the contract. Fitters were nice but administration and checking the product was fit for purpose before delivering to the customer was below zero. I could see that the window wasn’t correct as they took it off the van but they couldn’t. Yet each time I was assured that the window had been checked before delivering it. Clearly that wasn’t true. Left me with the existing window removed on a freezing day for many hours. Billing is produced late in the day on the day of payment because ‘that’s how their system works’. That’s unfair to the consumer.

Brilliant, a great experience all round.  Can’t fault them.  Would highly recommend.

Dealing with this company has been great. A difficult project due to dividing the building work into two halves, (to enable us to stay living in the house) which meant two seperate deliveries, and installations. They accommodated these requirements really well. Difficult weather meant a lot of the work was carried out in appalling conditions. Overall, I am really pleased with this company.

Great Service

Whilst generally happy with outcome of the installation. I would say there were delays and difficulties sticking to the agreed installation date. Communications could have been better as a customer I felt I had to do the chasing to find out what was happening.
