Fitters we’re not good enough

Just would say that everything was clearly explained and the staff who did the work were clearly well trained and the workmanship looks very good to me. I would unhesitatingly recommend Homebrite.

Peter arrived and helped ensure we had product information and informed of the additional guarantee based on the product we required. Peter was easy to talk to and there was no salesman pressure to buy, very polite
The installing engineers were polite and answered all our questions regarding installing our doors and windows. The installation went well , clean and tidy. Would have works carried out by this company again

Very poor installation from 1st team had to go into formal dispute to get the job fixed. Had to get second team to fix all the errors from the 1st team 8 hrs putting right all the errors.

Owner was very unhelpful to put right the errors had to start a formal dispute to get him on board to fix the errors and withheld final payment before the issues were put right.

Rating is for 1st team

Second team where fine would be 9 for workmanship and tidiness .

Advised that there would be a long time delay due to Brexit and Covid and a delay in receiving parts from overseas so we were advised to order very early.

The fitters were excellent, workmanship to a high standard. However the salesperson of Hombrite windows got most of the glass order wrong. We had to wait a considerable time for this to be corrected. The quality of the windows is good but we were very disappointed with what should have been corrected and checked before installation took place.

Mr Gibson, the owner, understood exactly my requirements - compared to the other people who gave quotes.
The workers were cheerful, helpful, and got on with the job in hand with no slacking.
