There wasn’t really any pre-install advice, which meant I did not achieve the look or practicality that I was hoping for with my bay windows, despite asking for advice on this. There were a few snagging issues which were eventually sorted.

The crew worked hard throughout the day and another set joined later so that the work was completed in a day not 1.5. We cleared either side of the windows as requested and the men laid cloths and cleared up very well. However, warning about the amount of dust created would be advised. 2 windows were difficult to open and this was reported to Haus who sent someone to look at them. The helpful agent rectified the problem. He activated the easy clean facility, something we had not informed was a feature on the windows or shown how to use on installation. Have made representations to the Directors of Haus regarding their lack of understanding in taking care of their clients property and providing /training their work-force in such matters.

It’s a shame as they were friendly and most of the work seems good but some of the finishes were poor and our new bow window that they fitted, didn’t fit at first and the second one had some sloppy cuts and was left unfinished. They eventually came back and did what they could to make it look better.

No deposit necessary with the initial order, nor after the surveyor’s visit. Following completion of the installation, an invoice is sent and the customer can determine how to pay……cheque, bank transfer and such.Friendly, reliable trouble-free service from start to finish.Recommended.

Overall we were very happy with the process, Tim and Gary were prompt and tidy workers, they explained the process and were very professional. during the course of the installation one window was cracked, so a replacement was ordered. We received a call from accounts requesting full payment we explained that the job was not completed and asked to withhold the payment until the window had been replaced we were told we could withhold 10%. We then received the invoice for full payment !!! We have paid the full invoice and are waiting for the replacement window.

As usual, Haus installations have done a fantastic job with the installation of two new triple-glazed windows.

Tom at Haus gave us excellent service. He always responded quickly to any questions we had, even out of normal hours.

It took then over two years and more than 20 visits to fit a door. And we still don’t have a knocker! Some of the windows fitted are visibly wonky, the crossbars are fixed with tape, and some of them have fallen off and they refuse to believe us. Bad service, poor workmanship, shoddy materials, terrible customer service.

The contractor was great, came out within 1 hour to look at the job and provided a quote – which was very good. The survey was carried out within a couple of days and the windows were all fitted as agreed. Excellent service from start to finish.

Turned up early on 2 occasions

The installation of the door and the door itself are top quality. Reasons for the lower ratings on time keeping and customer service was late arrival of the surveyor and installer. I also had to phone up to get an appointment with a surveyor as a week had gone by after the initial meeting and I had no contact.

The initial salesman was great, however we then had to wait longer than expected to be contacted for installation and had to chase this ourselves. I was told they had written down that we were on holiday (we weren�t). The door is lovely, and the workmen friendly. It has then taken 3 months to get the building certificate and I have had to chase this a couple of times.

Initially failed to quote either by email or post & argued that they had previously called at the property to follow their quote up. – despite my CCTV proving otherwise.Fitters made a dogs breakfast of the installation, leadwork & rendering. Regrettably this whole experience was extremely traumatic. It appears that inexperienced workmen were assigned to the job which resulted in a catalogue of installation errors (bi fold doors being fitted upside down, dwarf walling cut too short, appalling joinery work to window sills and skirting to name but a few of the problems encountered, I do have full photographic evidence to substantiate) The company did their best to rectify the mistakes and did so to the best of their ability but by this point my confidence in the company had been shattered. Regrettably my experience was not an enjoyable one. There was a catalogue of errors and appalling workmanship (bi fold doors being hung upside down, masonry cut incorrectly, skirting boards too high and badly cut around electrical sockets to make do to name but a few). The company did their best to rectify the situation, which they did, to the best of their ability, but the whole experience was extremely fraught

They were ok. Had a few issues along the way and took a lot longer to complete than advised but they did put most of it right in the end.

The contractor’s office had to be reminded several times to have this certificate issued due to some back office confussion. However the work on my house and the product installed has been excellent.

Windows turned up without any prior arrangement and were left in the garden. Workers turned up without some of the glass for the windows. During installation two panes of glass were broken. One window glass was put in the wrong way around.They were asked to do more sealant as it hadn’t all been completed. They dirtied a quilt on one of the beds which we had to have dry cleaned – they paid for it but the mark has not come out.Screws were left on the driveway which could have got into our car tyres.

Sales very efficient, but delivery was delayed beyond promised date and customer service did not contact me. I had to call them. Installation crew arrived on time but had to be asked to clean up better outside. Also had to be asked to make good on some internal sealant. One of the keys was bent, customer service said they would post me a replacement. Nothing has arrived. It appears to me that internal communications within the company is in disarray.

Second job I have had done by Haus Installations with two different teams. Perfect service, fantastic installation and friendly faces from both teams and will be looking to utilising them again in the near future for other work that needs doing!

Sadly I have to say no I could not recommend Haus. We had to wait approx 6 weeks for the job to be completed. Damage to walls.. garden room I came home from work to find the laminate flooring uncovered and covered in dirt/mud from the patio. 2 large patio slide doors trim to flooring unfinished had to wait 6 weeks to get it completed. The end job we are very happy with but for the messing around I couldn’t in all honesty recommend them to friends or family.

The fitters we had were not skilled in any form of the building trade they broke all the bricks on one side taking the bay window out

Spoke to the owner Tom and discussed all of the things we weren�t happy about; frames & panes being missed off order, wrong colour panelling being fitted and therefore had to be redone, 5 panes of glass had to be replaced due to them being scratched, not being told when workmen were due to arrive a lot later in the day and lots of miscommunication with office staff.

The work was not carried out on the agreed date which was made by the installer not the client. The materials and roof turned was delivered without prior notification in pouring rain and spent several weeks sat on the lawn as there was no other storage space. When the fitting of the conservatory commenced no instructions had been given to preserve the original flooring and the guys worked furiously to rectify this. The workmanship is good.

Tidiness is a low score has I did most of the tidying up myself & I had to clean silicone off the product when completed Customer service could have been better Tom the director was spot on with his service but the office and communication with fitters otherwise was a let down Workmanship could have been a lot better more care with Silicone would have helped it was everywhere

Multiple no shows. Fitted incorrectly and finished internally poorly and with silicon over the paintwork. Has been a nightmare to get it fixed with multiple visits including some no shows. Now I�m left with a big trim to hide the mistakes

Very happy with my conservatory and the only reason there was not a perfect score all round, was the start date kept slipping and materials were ready and waiting on site. The workmanship was well executed and thorough. The team were professional and courteous throughout and I was able to speak to the company easily.

Whilst the fitting installation and tradesman involved were exceptional. I felt the customer service in the build up and pre administration could have been better . We found ourselves never fully informed to what we might be having installed and when the work might have been carried out throughout the process .

Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome and care taken. Product looks to be of a high quality.

It would be advantageous to have a permanent presence onsite during the installations process to ensure all of the workmanship carried out is kept up to the generally high standards seen across most of the installation.Due to this being a large project of few items required subsequent visits to rectify but are now resolved.

Great Workmanship

Unfortunately we have had a lot of issues with this contractor. They left us without a pane of glass for weeks (in winter) meaning we only had chipboard for protection. There have also been various places where the seals were not done adequately and we have had to get them back out to redo them. It has taken a long time to get any issues resolved and feedback has been very slow.

Fitters were due “after lunchtime”. They telephoned at 9.15am to say they’d arrive so I had to change my plans at the last minute to travel back to the property to give them access. There were quite a few shards of glass left on the side path which is share with a young family next door and which I had to clear up. One pane of glass was broken in transit and due to the long Christmas break it was some weeks before this could be fitted.

Haus Installations tradesman have a very good customer service ethic and are very professional in their attitude to their work.

The quality of work and the workmanship was excellent. My only criticism has been around obtaining building regulations, which has taken over a year to complete with many communications and email exchanges. The initial Building regulations was started with Worcestershire Building control on the 30th September 2020 and has only just been completed with the issue of a certificate from yourselves.

Bit of plastic and screws found in hedges – tidy inside but lots of little offcuts/plastic wrappings left in garden.

From the initial consultation until completion it was a very good experience. The fitters were brilliant , tidy, polite and helpful. The windows are beautiful and good quality.

Unfortunately the new front door arrived without a letterbox which meant a separate appointment had to made to fit one. I was given a Universal letterbox which I wasn’t expecting as I thought the one shown in the brochure was much more of a match and of the same quality as the door handle provided with the door. My partner was at the time I believe rather rude to the fitter (it is my house and I am the one who was paying) and the favourered letterbox promised didn’t ever arrive. I would’ve rang up to chase it up but I didn’t want any more conflict so left it as it was. I must admit I’m not too happy with the situation. Other than that, all other works were carried out efficiently and professionally.

Customer service and communication was terrible. Had to eventually communicate via text to the window fitter to find out when they would come back to finish the job. Not exactly professional. Wrong windows were initially delivered despite TWO technical surveys. Unhappy that fascia wasn’t replaced as part of install despite other properties all having theirs done with similar windows. Quite a lot of debris and mess was left. Not the amazing service we were promised.

As part of a full house refurbishment I replaced the windows and doors. After carrying out thorough online research I obtained three quotes from high rated local firms. HAUS came out top. All of the neighbours have commented on how my windows look great so much so one neighbour has had HAUS in to build them a tiled roof conservatory which I�ve been inside and it looks great. Good attention to detail and the fitters who finished my job couldn�t have been more helpful and professional. It was nice that the owner Tom made a point of always being available if I had any questions and I�ve no doubt had I experienced any issues Tom would have personally addressed it there and then. I have no hesitation in recommending HAUS and their team.
