Brilliant service from quotation to installation. Donna and James understood everything required were professional, helpful and friendly. Installation teams work was outstanding hardly any mess, also very polite a great company to deal with. Competitive prices and excellent service also provided 3rd parties for scaffolding to reach the loft window who again were polite and helpful and arranged a roofer to make some repairs to the dorma at the same time again excellent service from them. Nothing is too much trouble and they did everything they said they would including installing a cat flap.

James & the team are amazing, they came on time, ensured they did the job to a high standard. James & the lads was professional, polite, had a good sense of humour which made the whole experience of having them as a contractor even more fun. Nonetheless, the team did everything within a timely fashion, didn’t rush but ensured I was kept up-to-date with everything that was being done and wouldn’t do anything without my permission which I was happy about. For example, the window blinds, James rang me to ensure it would be fitted back in the best way possible, without it affecting the warranty. W

The team were professional and checked we were comfortable with any proposed suggestions they made before they actually implemented. They communicated well keeping us informed at each stage of any mishaps which had a knock on effect on their work. They tidied up after them but ensured we were content prior to this. They always started work with a positive attitude and ended with the same. Couldn’t fault their work or the product.

James was efficient and punctual – there was one small issue where incorrect panels were delivered by the supplier not James’s fault. Correct panels had been ordered. This caused a weeks delay on completion but was rectified.
