A scratched ( on delivery ) letterbox is yet to be replaced in spite of being fitted months ago . Otherwise very pleased with product and fitting .

Communication not great, often got the feeling I was being told what I wanted to hear rather than the truth which lead to frustrations and lack of clarity. Took over a year and huge amounts of chasing to receive certass certificate.
