One of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills, for some reason he thought he knew it all. Awful man. Customers wishes not taken into consideration as he wanted to be the authority on everything. My wife is a childminder and he had just watched her bring children into the house. This did not stop him swearing every second word and shouting and screaming. He had no problem calling everyone **** with children not a metre away in earshot.
