Yes I would recommend the workmanship of fitting and quality of materials were good .

However to get a response to other issues after fitting proved difficult and unsatisfactory.

The contractor should have made more effort to explain that the window I ordered would not match the French Doors design. Apparently, manufacturers are unable to make a window in the same style as aluminium heritage doors., but this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order. But, after fitting,I complained, and the contractor agreed to change the design free of charge.

This is the second time we have used Sandringham Windows and once again could not fault them replaced the windows in our bedroom which were badly fitted by a different company same fitter as before very pleasant and tidy very happy

The contractor noticed while installing the windows that the Georgian bars on the middle section did not match the ones on the adjoining openings so straight away reported this and arranged for a new one to be ordered.
All of the employees are always so friendly, polite and reliable.
I would definitely recommend the company as they have always resolved any issue quickly and seem genuinely focussed on customer satisfaction.

Very pleasant and efficient, great workmen to have around, no issues whatsoever.

Customer service scores lower as the installation date differed from what had been communicated to us. Whilst not a hugely significant issue in this instance, it did cause frustrations and required us to change plans.
General tidiness could be improved during installation, installation quality was good however.

Lovely firm to work with good standard of workmanship and quickly put things right. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sandringham Windows has quickly resolved any issues raised

Very fast and efficient, incredibly clean and tidy and leaving a very neat job.

The company provided excellent sales and customer service but the product has been disappointing. Had to get the contractor back and was informed the reason for water in the window and door frames was because the drip vents had been blocked with debris during installation. Door bars also cut too short allowing water ingress. This is why I have scored workmanship 8 even though I was very impressed with work during installation.
I am experiencing terrible condensation on the new french doors. I did not have this with my old double glazed french doors. There is significant water build up in inside the frame. Cant see out of the windows at time because of the condensation. Very disappointed. Both windows and doors display condensation unlike before hence why I feel I cant recommend .
