The team that fitted our windows were excellent.  They arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and efficient.  They explained in good detail what was going to happen and provided great products and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.

The admin between the initial visit by their surveyor to measure up, and the date the windows were actually fitted was lacking. Communications between company and customer were minimal and one sided.
That said, the fitters couldn’t have been any nicer. Once they’d left site you wouldn’t have known they’d been. The finish was excellent, as are the windows themselves. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have been very impressed with the whole service & work provided by Sandringham Windows, from the very first meeting with the salesman through to paying the bill in the company office.
All the staff I met conducted themselves in a professional, friendly & helpful manner.

Straightforward to deal with. Staff knew their product. Fitters polite, courteous and worked with the minimum of mess. Cleared up well at the end and clearly explained the operation of lock and vents. I would use this company again and be confident to recommend them to others.

Jim (owner/sales) was very professional and informative, and unlike other companies, he didn’t try to put pressure on us to place an order. Chris (surveyor) was very approachable, whilst remaining professional, and was very thorough. Extra special mention to Zoe (office) who was extremely patient when our order needed to be amended due to a minor structural issue. Her colleague Amanda (office) was also very polite, helpful, and responded quickly to emails. Connor and Haydon (installers) were very approachable and professional, and cleaned up after they had undertaken their work. They did a lovely job of installing our new door which we are both very pleased with. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and efforts which we both appreciate. We have no hesitation in recommending you and will buy from them again.

I am so pleased with the installation, I am ordering another one.

The fitters caused minor damage to the property, and their finishing was not good enough. Still, in fairness to Sandringham Windows, it was all fixed without argument to a satisfactory conclusion. What fitters you get is a lottery, and with this in mind, I would use Sandringham Windows again.

The service provided from sales to installation was excellent. The installers were respectful of our property, very tidy and very proficient. We have no complaints whatsoever. An excellent company that we would have no hesitation in recommending.

The contractor should have made more effort to explain that the window I ordered would not match the French Doors design. Apparently, manufacturers are unable to make a window in the same style as aluminium heritage doors., but this wasn’t mentioned when I placed the order. But, after fitting,I complained, and the contractor agreed to change the design free of charge.

This is the second time we have used Sandringham Windows and once again could not fault them replaced the windows in our bedroom which were badly fitted by a different company same fitter as before very pleasant and tidy very happy

Customer service scores lower as the installation date differed from what had been communicated to us. Whilst not a hugely significant issue in this instance, it did cause frustrations and required us to change plans.General tidiness could be improved during installation, installation quality was good however.

We found the service pre-installation very good. The installation work was very good, working around one or two tricky areas well. The house had been painted with an exterior white wall paint and the disturbance to this was minimal, far less than expected. Interior work was very good. We would high recommend using Sandringham Windows.
