We are satisfied with the final installation and workmanship. The team that completed the works at our house were very professional, but unfortunately the glass in the door side panels were incorrectly sized and the glass in the arch above the door cracked when being installed. The company worked quickly to rectify both concerns and replaced everything to a good standard, however, the overall experience involved a lot of coordination and chasing up by ourselves as the client.

If any extra work is done dentified before installation use your own tradesmen.

A very friendly and professional service from concept to delivery

The scoring has been based on my own experience. Numerous errors and damaged good, in transit and in fitting. It has taken 6 visits, numerous emails and phone calls, to actually get the job done to the standard it should have been done on visit 1. They were recommended by friend who had no issues.

Very good and organised, came back to rectify small defects quickly and efficiently.

Excellent work clean and tidy

Our contractor did have a resource issue at the start of our project which left the business short handed and in a difficult situation, this was resolved over time and the job when it was finished was excellent. From a customer service perspective I do believe they have taken onboard some learning from our experience and will try to mitigate this in the future.

The company had staffing issues with installers during the time of the installation of the door which are now supposed to have been rectified.The staff at the time lacked the knowledge and skill for the installation of the door. The company had to re-visit to carry out additional work but in the end it has been rectified.

A couple of hiccups in communication leading to several visits to complete the job, not having ladders to get up to the first floor bit of a frustration, but the contractors themselves where very personable and diligent in their work. Pleased with the end result.

I was taken through my order in great detail by the Nigel sales manager to be sure that I was using the appropriate products for my property and that everything was correct being a custom design .Delivery of the goods was timely and supervised personally by Harry the installations manager.The fitters Eddie and Josh were very thorough in their work and attended to every detail. I would highly recommend the products and service received.The house looks amazing and is now much warmer inside.

Very bad customer service.

Considering the pandemic the guys performed well within the guidelines laid out at that time. Easy company to work with and no major issues. The Origin product is good and would be happy to recommend the company again.The actual address is 24 Brimstage Road and not 20 as stated above.

Listened to our requirements. Provided several options for replacement windows. Knowledgeable staff and experienced fitters.

When the installed the windows they scratched the glass/frame/handles and cills. They constantly moved the dates or didn’t update me if they couldn’t come out. They organised the builder for us who left our house for a week without any acroprops in the window (they had not yet installed the lintel in the new opening) making us feel very unsafe in the house. We need more windows however we will be looking for an alternative supplier.

Don’t know the products particularly well and I had to check, double check and triple check everything due to mistakes on the quote and order. Still ended up with the wrong item being ordered and the product was delivered to my address by the supplier out of the blue when it should have been delivered to them.

Very helpful throughout the complete process and always willing to assist with any problems etc.

Both workmen were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions that I had and were able to provide very useful advice on painting the garage door to match the front door. I have rated the ‘Tidiness’ as 8 as there was a fair bit of brick dust, screws, plastic off-cuts, metal shavings, etc left outside the door. Not a major issue a the overall work and approach of the contractors was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.
