Trustmark fitted new windows and Velux efficiently and neatly. This was greatly appreciated given that the works took a long time, and entailed a lot of upheaval, including extensive use of scaffolding on property. However, I still find it amazing that when fitting Velux no dust sheets were used. Granted the lads did a good job clearing up when asked, but respectfully suggest in future that dust sheets and hoovers be issued to personnel fitting Velux. Clearly, there is always going to be a lot of mess when putting in a Velux into someone’s roof. While I am very happy with the work, and it is great to have new windows, it became apparent that communication within Trustmark between all its different branches could be better. For example, when the gaffer came round to sign off the works it was news to him that the front door was not installed as specified at start of the works. Likewise, Trustmark could be better at informing the customer when they are coming to do the works, and providing an idea of how long these might take etc.

Incorrect handles supplied, but correct handles retro fitted.

The job took twice as long as it should have done, and had problems along the way a list was made of things which needed attention but when pointed out were rectified by the team and the list was soon delt with. Nothing was to much trouble for the team to do and Mark the boss visited the site a few times to make sure everything was going ok and I was able to talk out any queries or concerns that I had. To conclude my wife and I are very happy with the end results with new windows, patio door, front & back doors so a well done from us both.

The standard of work is very good, and as previously noted I would recommende them.

If they just took there time a little more than trying to be a formula 1 pit team they wouldn’t have left jobs to come back for and redo. Job good in the end.

It took almost 6 months to get the job done due to poor service from 2 sales people. One sales person tried to overcharge me and to date has still not quoted for a garden refurb despite asking. I believe the company and workmanship itself is great, however, their sales staff are letting them down massively.

They were on time every time , very efficient and excellent quality workmanship , cleaned up everywhere after themselves and went above and beyond to help in any way they could , I would recommend them to anyone looking for works to be done.

The windows supplied were not as requested and agreed. Outer gaps were excessive in lower bay window, more than standard. Measurement not precise

Mark and his team were punctual, polite and very efficient. Mark was always quick to respond to whatever question I might of had, nothing was too much trouble.

Minor damage was done to internal window sills, a metal curtain tie-back was broken, and the lawn is still recovering from having glass panels laid on it.I also would have expected the newly installed windows to be cleaned, without having to request this.

The workers were very messy and they were crude when they thought they were not overheard (although as they were fitting windows we could hear them) – they were also dismissive of our concerns. The owner was quite the opposite – very amiable and helpful.

The windows looked fine on the outside but on the inside the frames could have been a lot tidier where the old wooden frames have been damaged when the existing windows were removed. I dtidied the job myself with plastic quadrant and 95 mm flat board cut around the frames. Had the fitters done the same job I would have scored them higher on Workmanship Standards. Also the BT box has been re-attached (rather messily) with filler but a small screw would have done a neater job.
