The computerised quotation/ordering and specification system overwrites when updating making comparisons difficult and in our case allowed an error to creep in to the order.
Took 3 visits as one window was measured incorrectly and a glass replacement unit measured incorrectly twice.
came early and worked very hard, and did a good job.
Failure to correctly advise time scales and cancelling agreed installation dates was not the best way to inspire confidence in the product and/or company.
Installers were good but the service prior to this was flawed .
Very friendly office staff , surveyors and engineers. Error made on first visit to assess requirements and price picked up by Surveyor. To be fair, original engineer conceded his error and honoured the original quote, so all good.
Had to wait longer than expected for installation - quote accepted in July but installation not until October. Some minor pieces missing at initial install so had to wait again for those. Mis-measured so had to be measured twice!
Lady in office super friendly, apologetic for errors and helpful in resolution.
Windows are great - we’re happy with the product and dnd result.

The product installed has got progressively worse since the time of installation. A service engineer has been back twice to make corrections but the problem of poor fitting and insulation persist. I will be calling the company again imminently to request a full assessment of the job.
Poor communication: getting information out of them was like the proverbial blood out of a stone. They were quick to contact us for payment.
On the whole very good indeed with quality goods and finish, just as advertised.
This was the second occasion I had used this local company following local recommendations.
Perhaps a small area of criticism this time, regarding a delay in Customer service which had followed a query in need of prompt reassurance, but once resolved all was dealt with more than adequately in terms of the two fitters' exemplary courtesy and professional, timely workmanship.

The sales person had little understanding of the product by insisting there was no choice of internal colour, we discovered that colour choice was possible via the catalogue and contacted the company to make a colour change. Incorrect details for door, corrected during survey. The installation went badly, incorrect door, fitter dropped glass damaging my home, no visit from the installation manager in branch to rectify. Finally resolved through Brittania Windows litigation manager.
The work was carried out and we got there in the end, but there were many mistakes and the contractors were incredibly untidy and made a real mess of my house whilst working. When I complained I was rarely replied to and when I suggested we reach a compromise on final payment because of the problems that had occurred I received a reply threatening court action. I couldn’t believe it. I paid was but very happy to part ways and would never recommend this contractor
The contractor was efficient and the three operatives were pleasant and worked well together. On my snagging inspection I noticed that they had omitted to seal a gap along the underside of the cill, this was rectified immediately.
The propping of the roof structure left marks on the ceiling which could have been avoided with just a little more care. Overall I was very pleased with the product and the installation.

We were very pleased with the fitters they did a lovely job.
Work done to a very high standard.
The father and son that did my work they were very good , but there was other work man that did the whole house for double glazing and they were very untidy , they left the job by 2 in the afternoon to drag it out for 3 days work when it all could have been completed sooner and then they missed things . The ladies at rodda and Hocking in the office telephone skills could be improved and Barry the rep just wants the sales. These are points to improve the running of the company . There is always room for improvement.
