Punctual, extremely hard working and very diligent. Everything tidied and cleaned at the end of each day. Worked with an attention to detail and finish that was excellent.

Acceptance of goods incl. confirmation they meet specs needs to be firmed up to avoid the huge extra effort manufacturer, Oxford Window company and critical us as customers had to go to for what was a simple error had it been identified at the appropriate stage and resolved prior to installation of the goods. We can't fault Oxford Window company and the manufacturer in making all effort to resolve the problem but better QA/QC processes upstream and goods checking against the order prior to starting work on site would have really made the difference here.
We appreciated Oxford Window company's gesture to acknowledge the problems with our front door and cannot fault their commitment to high customer satisfaction.
