I can highly recommend East Coast Window Doctor, the business is well run, giving me a precise date for installation and the door was fitted carefully and with attention to detail. Glen, who fitted the door spotted slight marks inside the side glass, telling me he would return to refit the glass once he had a satisfactory remake from the manufacturer, which he did. Also while I was choosing the design of the door to be fitted I chose a colour and informed Emma at the Shop, she returned me a recent photo of a door that Glen had fitted in that colour, I immediately knew that this was not the col

A real pleasure to have on site. Although there was a problem with the delivery of the main door, from the suppliers, so an extra long day for the team.However this wasn’t their fault and did there upmost to rectify ASAP.Don’t take card payments, just bank transfers, which is reflected in the score.

Although tidiness and workmanship were a little below standard they were quick and responsive to rectify once reported.

Very tidy, took less time than expected, a really professional job. Despite some challenges with some of the glass panes being the incorrect size, this was worked round, and rectified very quickly the following week. Would, and do, highly recommend.
