No doubt if he receives a copy of this feedback, he & I know he does not need telling again about the troubles I have had getting this job finished so I need not labour the point again. He is a nice guy, and his fitters did a professional job. For most of the widows the quality is very good. The oval windows were painful, and I reserve judgement on these 2 for now.Would I recommend Darren? Yes, but I just hope he does not let anyone else down in the future. Window Elegance carried out the work professionally and efficiently. The fitters and the management team were easy to get on with and communicated well.

Good workmanship but a poor quality door was fitted. Eventually replaced.Did not always turn up when they said they were coming and no notice given.

From start to finish a very professional project. Very satisfied with the attitude and workmanship. We did have a couple of problems with the French doors, but these were resolved quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the end product and would certainly recommend their work.

windows are excellently fitted, quality work done from start to finish. Workmen come on time do the work hassle free, price reasonable for the quality of the window would recommend the company too anyone.

We have a new build property situated in a conservation area; all the windows & doors were supplied & fitted by Window Elegance Yorkshire. The windows & doors were fitted to a good standard & I�m happy with the workmanship. However, several months down the line we still are waiting for some plastic trim caps to be fitted to one of the windows, which is somewhat disappointing, to an otherwise good job.

Our conservatory build had “access only” through the garage/utility room into the rear garden therefore somebody had to be in the house to enable access. It was agreed at the quotation stage with the salesperson that we would be notified by phone call or text the day before when the contractors were going to turn up so one of us could stay at home and let them in. This was hit and miss at the beginning of the job, but the communication got better towards the end of the 2 month build. Excellent standard of work, very reliable.

The lead in period was excessive as the company discovered that their usual supplier was unable to provide run through horns. The communication from Windows Elegance was almost nonexistent. The installation team were reliable and they took time to get each window fitted as well as they could.

The contractor had to remove and refit 1 door because it hadn�t been fitted square. Didn�t arrive while 1pm one day instead of 9am and I wasn�t notified of the change.A number of screws were left on drive and the area where my vehicles are parked along with a small amount of other litter around the property. One or two minor defects were notified and eventually corrected before payment made. There seemed to be poor communication between the different depts of the business causing friction between the customer and the contractor.

A very personal service, but I have marked them down a little because of the aftersales service and the production of this certificate (which I did not know I would need or receive). Also, I was originally advised a morning start but it ended up being an afternoon start. Saying all that, the important matter is I am satisfied and would recommend this company.
