We were unlucky to have ordered windows from a manufacturer who subsequently went into administration before the windows were delivered. We were then let down by the contractor who set a new date for delivery but failed to meet it and gave us less than 24 hours notice. Our work was part of a renovation project which then went on hold, so it was a significant delay for us and we lost other contractors as a result of the delay. The product itself and the fitting seems excellent now installation is complete and I commend them for that.

Superb service from initial consultation, to communication prior to installation, installation and then aftercare. Would recommend unreservedly.

An excellent start in all respects with some good suggestions regarding finishing touches. Some disappointments regarding the product itself with some manufacturing errors and issues with the sealed units. Whilst these were not the direct responsibility of the contractor the fitting of the replacement sealed units was rushed with little attention to use heeling-and-toeing which required remedial action by manufacturers representative.Remedial action to prevent heat-warping of a frame was communicated to the contractor by the manufacturers rep. but not followed up.
