Workmen were extremely efficient and took great care of the existing building fabric.

A minor hiccup on timings (quickly resolved) but otherwise the service from Nexgen was excellent from the initial meeting right through to the installation. The two fitters worked hard and made an excellent job and left everything very clean when they finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Initially the wrong glass was supplied with the bathroom window and it was left to the fitter to explain to us. He was great but it would have been nice to have been kept updated by the office.

Small issues!

There were a number of issues with the install, ranging from product quality, factory defects, order mix-up’s and install issues. To the credit of both the installer and the window company, all these issues have been resolved over a number of return visits and we are now satisfied that they have addressed all our concerns with the install and product.

Just found that they were helpful, tidy, professional in the installing of the door.

We were very pleased with the installation of our Windows. The only issue was wrong glass installed in small kitchen window. Supposed to be frosted but clear was put in so waiting for this to be rectified. The installers worked very hard and were very professional throughout.

Very friendly team, clean and tidy. Willing to go the extra mile with their customer service. We would recommend the insulation team and NexGen Windows anytime.

Our only niggle is that after assurances of noise reduction from a busy road, there isn’t any real improvement in this respect. Other than that we are happy with the overall service we have received.
