Neil first came to quote us for replacing windows and was incredibly helpful and informative, being able to answer any questions I had and even explaining information about windows I would never think of!

I spent a while checking other companies but none came close to what AGS was offering, with some being DOUBLE the price for double glazed!

Installation was a breeze and very professional. 5***

Totslly professional, amazing team of workmen who did an incredible job to the hightest of standards. From the moment asked for a quote to the second they drove away, everything was way above expectation.
The workmen made sure all the windows were clean, that the surrounding pebbledash was tidied up and replaced and they scrubbed the back yard and the street before they left.
They worked clean, tidy and with a level of teamwork that only professionals can pull off. Absolutely brilliant work from Ben's team.

A high standard of workmanship and all work completed within the times stipulated. The original stained glass windows from our front bay were preserved within a new triple glazed unit ensuring the history and integrity of our house, built in 1929, is maintained. We are more than delighted with the results!

The workman were very polite and considerate , helped with moving furniture out of the rooms and very careful to avoid any damage to the walls. when taking out the old windows. The damage to the walls was much better than I was expecting

I would highly recommend this company. From initial discussions through to completion of the fiitting of two bay windows, their professionalism was evident. Graham, one of the directors, talked us through options and always kept in touch immediately anything needed to be discussed as the process went on. Mick and Tony, the fitters, worked very neatly and their attention to detail in the finishing around the new windows, inside and out, was fantastic. Thank you.

The communication with the Managing Director was excellent and he visited our house every day to ensure works were going according to plan and asked if we had any issues, addressing them the installation continued.
The installation team were excellent and clearly took pride in their work, leaving the house clean and tidy with minimal disruption to decoration .

Contractor carried out the works as planned.
Had to chase up the agent occasionally for up-dates.
Some minor delays on the door delivery & fitting due to covid but good response as to revised fitting dates.
1 window replaced due to prominent scratch. Now complete.
Minor issues with areas of sealant being missed. Corrected without the contractor.
Overall good quality service

Excellent work on new front door. Everything was left clean and tidy, old door and frame disposed of. Thank you so much, house is so much quieter.
Appreciated that despite these difficult times we are in Graham kept me informed every step of the way. Lovely new entrance for Christmas, pity visitors need to stay away!

AGS were an excellent company to deal with. We had the work done after Covid Lockdown so there were delays due to supply issues but they kept us updated at every step.
The installation team did an excellent job, they kept the area very tidy and cleaned as they went. They were always courteous and helpful. It was reassuring to see Graham attend site every day to make sure things were going smoothly and to a high standard.

We are extremely satisfied with the whole approach,measuring and estimating of the work involved in replacing three 'misted' window assemblies in our home. The contractor did everything as he clearly explained, the programmed work was all carried out on schedule, cleanly, expeditiously and efficiently. The quality of the work was good and we look forward to enjoying the benefits from a more attractive and heat efficient up-grade achieved.
