They were extremely professional, especially bearing in mind our situation made the installation far more difficult than normal. They went above and beyond what you’d expect for which we’re very grateful.

We were kept informed at every stage of the job, and they moved heaven and earth to get the windows made, delivered and installed as fast as possible so we weren’t so cold this winter.

The quality of the windows is superb. We’re already noticing a difference. The workmanship was excellent and installation completed very quickly. I’m would recommend Lee and his company without reservation. This is the second time we’ve used them and we will use them again in the future should we want the door replaced etc.

Lee, the director of UK Home Solutions takes real pride in his work and we wouldn't hesitate to book him again for any other works needed. There was a nationwide problem with glass quality and although the process took a long time to get right after we had unfortunate luck with our glass at first, I never once grew concerned by this because Lee keeps you informed and is always helpful.

The two contractors just got on with the task in hand without a fuss. This was much appreciated by me as I had become slightly unwell during the installation and although my son came home to help me, he wasn’t needed. They dealt with everything and went over and above. Can’t thank them enough.
