The workers were very good,every thing was left clean and tidy

High standards of workmanship.

Windows look nice but aren’t as energy efficient as we had been led to believe so are disappointed.
Issues at surveying stage and a couple of manufacturing issues.
Fitters were very friendly and did a good job.

The process was a smooth one from the initial visit,discussion with the surveyor and the installation.

The team of fitters were approachable and kept me informed as to their progress which was appreciated.

The office staff responded promptly to my inquiries and were also helpful.

We chose the contractor based on recommendation and looking at their work.

Unfortunately our experience was not satisfactory that we would feel uncomfortable to recommend them.

We had 2 projects:
1. Facias and guttering. There was a fault. It was installed in June 2023 and was not rectified until December 2023 - it took 6 months!

2. Windows, Doors and Patio.
Out of 11 windows, 5 windows were left with unacceptable finish with other corrections that had to be made in the whole job.

3. Communications - poor, having to deal with different people, no consistency. Only proactive communication was for payment - we as customers were doing all the chasing.

Full praise to the 2nd lot of on site worker who rectified every complaint with an excellent finish to ensure that we were happy.

Very good reliable company. Very pleased with the process from beginning to end, everything was arranged and completed without any problems. Extremely pleased with the appearance of the new windows and door.

Overall fine. There was a frustrating issue with the wrong cat flaps being installed and unnecessary comments about the same . We had a couple of issues also with the fitting and glass which were resolved. All in all we have ended up with a good product but had to push quite hard to get the issues sorted.

I have been very satisfied with the complete process when dealing with Bedfordshire Windows. I liked the no pressure approach from the sales team and, found all personnel were very informative and helpful in ensuring that the window specification/installation was completed to my satisfaction.

The sales service and survey work was very satisfactory. The installation took longer than I was advised and there were one or two minor faults which were quickly rectified. The product is excellent.

Good communications and polite staff and fitters

I would recommend Bedfordshire Windows since they did effectively replace our fifteen windows and one door. However, the process wasn’t without problems, albeit mostly minor in essence, but sometimes of significance to us, the customers. In my view, each adverse effect could have been either avoided or mitigated by improved processes between the customer signing of the order right through to completion of the remedial snagging work. There was neither an evident quality control process in place nor was there any
management involvement. During this sixteen week period, no-one from the company, apart from the two guys who did all the work, appeared on-site.

Great service until we had an issue which took about 4 months to resolve, we had parts that needed replacing. We are in the middle of a massive renovation so not a huge problem but communication was lacking. The windows are great and we would recommend Bedfordshire windows for their clear and direct approach to quoting / installation but aftercare needs a little work.

From the time of my initial enquiry - it has been a pleasure to deal with Bedfordshire Windows. We have recommended them since our installation and will continue to do so.

From initial contact to installation, we were absolutely delighted with all work carried out. Windows fascias soffits gutters and drain pipes. The team were respectful of our home and outside space. Such hard working guys who were an absolute pleasure to have in our property. Left it as they found it. Peter, Colin, Stan, Marco, Mike and Florin...a huge thank you to you all. I would highly recommend Bedfordshire Windows. Every member of staff we had contact with were very professional, helpful and quick to reply to any queries or questions we had. We had 8 new windows replaced. The new windows have been fitted to a very high standard and are of excellent quality and look great. The fitter was so tidy and cleaned up after each window was installed, leaving no mess behind. Excellent company, would definitely use Bedfordshire Windows again.

Bedfordshire Windows did our windows a few years ago and were great - great service and workmanship. However, our experience when they came back this year to do our doors was entirely different. We had to chase them for months once we'd paid to give us a date, they lost my contact details, they didn't show up on the first date agreed, their engineer was rude, they left a total mess and then they damaged the doors when installing them. In the end (after a lot of arguing) they repaired the doors and gave me a discount to acknowledge the damage. One staff member Mandy was very helpful and did try to make amends. While I thought they were great the first time, our second experience with them would mean I won't use them again.

Efficient, tidy and thoroughly good team

Easy process from start to finish. Appointments were easy to set out and survey asked us all the questions and made clear. Installation happened over two visits since the corner posts were delayed, so they fitted the whole house and came back to fit the bay window. Fitters were the same each visit and were polite, tidy and efficient. I particularly liked the tidiness of the silicone as this is where sometimes can be a let down, but they paid a lot of attention to these finishing details.

The workmen on the day were highly skilled and efficient but also friendly and considerate.

Some individuals at the organisations were great, some individuals not.

When things go wrong, no desire to resolve with any speed, it goes to the bottom of the pile.

Installation manager instead of just arranging for an obvious issue to be fixed seemed more interested in trying to frame the conversation that somehow it was my fault the door wasn't closing properly. Final fitter confirmed it was fitted over half an inch out.

Then when finally sorted (on their timeframe) sent me an invoice marked 90 days overdue.

There was a misunderstanding between surveyor and fitters or surveyor us, who knows which caused a slight problem but they were very pleasant and it was put right but caused inconvenience having to take extra time off work.
