Excellent product and service. Only reason for marking down customer service is that it can be difficult to make contact on the telephone. But once you have made contact they are excellent at following through on requests.

Very good installation team.

I have used Yarnold�s for many years and they/standard of products are good. One issue on job was that some silicone did get onto slabs of new patio and so far have been unable to remove. This is disappointing . Protection used for inside but none external- could have seen new patio.

Whilst there was a delay in getting the arch supplied all the workmen who came to the house were polite, professional and did an excellent job.

The workmanship and everyone we dealt with was great. However we felt that there was some confusion at the ordering stage. We spoke to two or three colleagues and weren’t confident that messages had been passed between them. We didn’t recieve a customer copy of our modified (2nd) contract. However the installation of our new front door is fine.

I received detailed advice before i made my decision and installation was very quick and efficient!

No problems at all except that the estimated installation date given in advance was incorrect.

We are very pleased with the help and service we have received from all staff at Howard Yarnold. The Patio doors that we have ordered and installed are already proving to be a big improvement on what we had previous.

We are very happy with the standard of workmanship, but there were a few customer service issues, for example, we signed the contract for the work on 25 August, and were told that the surveyor would contact us the following week, with a view to coming out for an inspection visit. He did not contact us, and I had to chase this up. He did not come out until almost a month later ( 21 September). I just felt that things could be tightened up a bit. The estimator should know what kind of time schedule the surveyor is working to.

We had two windows fitted down stairs by Dave and Steve ordered 4 more windows late June heard nothing back until i phoned them in August was told the fitters were on schools it would be the 25th September that would attend phone call Friday to say van had broken down so it would be October that they would come we had requested Dave and Steve but after waiting nearly 4 months we got Peter and Callum they were good fitters and helpful our experience is fitters are very good but customer services are none existent

Had my back door fitted by Steve earlier this year, so wanted my windows done to match. Dave and Steve installed my windows professionally and they look beautiful. They even went out of their way to help me with a couple of other things I was not able to do. Could not fault them. Would recommend to anyone who needs new windows.

Very good company very good fitters great quality windows

The installers were all very professional, worked very hard on a very hot day, and cleaned and tidied up when they had finished. They were friendly, helpful and respectful . I am very happy with my new windows, just right for me. i feel much more secure in my property now.

The windows have been fitted well but I feel that the over process has been too complicated and took too long. I appreciate that building regs have to be complied with but there have been too many stages with too many questionnaires. Ultimately, I’ve wasted a lot of time to get two windows installed. The cost of this is also a lot higher than previous installations. I felt pressured to get the windows fitted on a particular date based on other commitments that the company had. As a customer, I felt that other larger projects took priority and I could ‘take or leave’ the fitting date. The manu

All aspects of the work were carried out in a satisfactory manner however customer liaison after placing the order could be improved so that the onus was not placed on the customer to chase up manufacturing progress and installation date.
