We asked for a warranty after job completion... we were told they couldnt give one until the balance was paid in full.
Once the bifold had been installled and the company was paid in full, a guarantee or warranty for not forthcoming.
Time after time we contacted, and were fobbed off with, " yes, ill get it done" , until now, they dont even reply at all......
Hire with caution.
