They charged extra �450 to issue FENSA certificates. After two months chasing them for the certificates they have finally registered with Certass. I learned from friends that the certificates are usually issued free of charge.Also they delivered a completely different product than was ordered. They decided to deliver what they had in store and than refuse to even talk about it. One of the main points was to have keys in the windows and door, as this is a kids room.I have also asked for a specific depth to put duet blinds, the windows were delivered with less than 10mm depth.They promi
