The product as delivered had a minor defect (door would not close properly). We were left five weeks before the defect was rectified. There was no contact for three weeks, which was a major cause for concern. Had this not been the case, we would have rated all of the work with 10.

Our interaction with the team for the most part has been excellent. I would particularly highlight our recent correspondence with Connor Breakell (installations Manager), who followed up on some missing documentation in a swift and well communicated manner.

The windows were installed after being told the building work was not up to standard. Much effort was placed in getting the apertures correct and the builders were amazed at being asked to remove a layer of bricks only to find that after completion the was a brick sized gap left that had to be filled in. The result is we do not have a seamless "inside outside" flow to the house as we are left with a small ridge to walk over. This is a little disappointing but my only other option appeared to be to sent the windows back and buy new ones, something I was not prepared to do.

Second time round using Kloeber......very happy with them!!

Good product, excellent fitters back office processes not so good.

It wasn't a great experience, here they even say they are not CERTASS registered so I am not sure how they have been able to register this work with you?

All Kloeber's staff were very efficient and polite, especially James Henderson, the salesman we dealt with.

If we had one gripe, which is very minor, the team who fitted our doors were not sent out with the correct sealing gaskets and had to use spacers to keep the glass in place. They returned with the correct gaskets after three weeks. So for three weeks, we had to look out at unsightly black spacers. But that is minor. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and the service.
