There was an unexpected delay to the delivery of my door, Tony was professional and courteous throughout, keeping me informed of what was going on. When the door arrived it was fitted neatly and all the waste was removed leaving the house looking great. Very happy with the work and happy to recommend Tony at Kent Composite Doors.

Regrettably, I would not recommend, despite the good quality of the product and a good job made of actual installation.
The reason for this is the lack of care shown when removing existing door frame resulted in Contractor severing the phone/internet line at my address, thus rendering my household without Internet connection.
This caused huge inconvenience to my household for several days and additional expenses, also requiring me to the take unpaid leave to remedy. Whilst I accept this was not a deliberate act, and admission and apologies were swift, I feel the Contractor had no concept of the seriousness of the damage & inconvenience he caused, and due care was something that I could reasonably have expected of him. A real shame, as the service provided was otherwise very good.
