Drawings should be provided to client for clarity to avoid disagreements later down the project.

Took some time from measurement/deposit to fitting, but the windows are aesthetically great, well fitted, and the workmanship thorough in also repairing and protecting sills. Living in an upstairs flat, also all completed internally.

The installer need to make it clear if he can or can not provide a certificate to the customer when provide the quotation and before the job start

Very kind and fixed every fault I wanted fixed. Only downside was they came 2 days late and then 2 hours later than I was told on the day, and after having fitted the frames told me 4 panes were missing, so I had plastic instead of glass for a week which was inconvenient. I wish they had told me before starting installation and we could have delayed.
