I am disappointed with the silicon finish of the windows – no where near as neat as my neighbours which were fitted by Radley. Garden and household furniture moved but not put back. A blind damaged. No communication other than temper tantrums. I found the contractor rude and abusive and he demanded payment within minutes of the work being completed. Because I needed to check it, he threatened to take the windows out and even said he would tell the police I had his property and haven�t paid. Despite this I paid the next day and he sent me an abusive email. I would be happy to send

Darren is a good supplier who we have now used on a couple of occassions, we find hime to be friendly, efficient and helpful – we are happy with the work completed

Whilst we were happy with the quote and installation, the after care has not been so positive. The door was catching and a visit has not been made to review. We have resolved the issue ourselves, so do not require anything further, but this is disappointing.

Darren was friendly and professional from first contact to completion of the job. On the day, he arrived early and completed the job to a very high standard in record time, and he cleared all of the bricks removed for the installation, leaving the site tidy. Would recommend Darren to anyone looking for door or window installation.
