High-quality and tidy work, including perfect time keeping. the workers were polite and did their best, which is a lot. A very professional job.
However, I did not receive a detailed quote before the beginning of the job (although I asked for it 3 times via email), and generally speaking, there was very little response from customer service.
One window did not have opening, although I had specifically asked them for a window which opens. The fitter said they had it in the list as a window without opening.
All other windows are perfectly according to what we agreed.
Please note the fitter gave me a very fair quote and I am very happy with this price.

Windows look great . but had a lot of condensation since windows have been installed, and still having.

Very pleased with the installation of my double glazing.

Removed an old, dusty blind from an upstairs window and threw it, left it, on the bed cover. A fair amount of dust, rubble and shards of glass left on the floor. Had to re-schedule many times. ( wasn’t always their fault, one brother was ill for a few days ) It took nearly 6 months to complete. Left with 3 of the 4 windows having no interior mouldings, just a gap to bare brick.Nice enough people, but very haphazard.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly workers, turn up on time and completed a lovely job.
