I did complain about standard of fitting on some windows, our concerns were taken very seriously and the faults were rectified. Therefore my recommendation of this installer is probably yes, rather than an outright yes.

The work was completed in August 2022 and I have had to chase since then for the Certass Certificate and this has only just been received. I have also asked for a copy of the written guarantee as the insurance backed guarantee is only valid with this. I still do not have the written guarantee.
