Brilliant installer and came round to finish up any bits after building works.Only downside has been the vents at the top of the bedroom windows after spending extra money on acoustic glass. They let in a lot more noise than we hoped. But we�re told this is regulation so not an installer fault. We didn�t have them previously.

Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great communication throughout the whole process. All windows and doors of a very large house replaced. They left the house tidy everyday and they completed the jog to schedule despite the weather.Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Punctual, polite, tidy, inside and out. we are really pleased with our windows.

We were delighted that the contractor made good the rendering on the outside of our house free of charge as part of the install.We were disappointed that a wall was injured and our real wood landing floor deeply scored when the contractor was bringing one of the windows into the house. We would recommend to the contractor that they invest in a slide-proof, scratch resistant protective covering for hard wood floors in the future.We have recommended the contractor to our neighbours who will be using their services soon.We will look to use the contractor again for windows next year.
