The job was well done, the installer was both conscientious and efficient. I am very happy with the windows.

I had to repeatedly ask for this certificate to be sent. I felt it should have been done as standard practice and not take 15 emails, texts and phonecalls and stress from myself to get the certificate. Very dissapointed in that. The windows and door themselves are great and the installers were friendly, curteous and professional during the installation. Quite a bit of mess left outside the property but inside was left tidy.
