The Certificate came exactly a year later, the fitters caused damage to my property,the quality of the door/window fitted is questionable.

Replacement Front Door fitted in December 2020. Door warped when in full sun and was not fit for purpose. New slab fitted February 2022 – this again warped and was not fit for purpose.A replacement door was ordered from the same company but from a different manufacturer and fitted in June 2022. Very pleased with this door!However, it has taken since 10/6/2022 until 5/8/2024 with numerous telephone calls to obtain our Certass Certification.Each stage of our problems took far too long to get sorted.
