Innova were extremely good throughout the costing process and the actual installation, were never pushy & even if they hadn't been the most cost effective supplier we would have used them due to their professionalism. The fitter was brilliant, always explaining things as well as being extremely courteous & tidy.

They took great care to understand our requirements, giving us all the options, and helping out with a number of issues.

They turned up on the day scheduled for the fitting - which these days is surprising - and the fitting was smooth and expertly done. We are very pleased with the results. A great company.

Innova listened to what I wanted and advised the best choice to achieve it. They arrived and completed the job quickly and in a very timely fashion. The fitters were very courteous and left the job immaculate. The fitter paid extra care and attention to the trim detail when finishing the job off.
