I found these contractors by sheer luck via Face Book Advertising. It was the best gamble making decision we made. A family run business totally professional with perfection their aim for your end result.
We had Composite doors fitted front and back, two large Georgian style kitchen windows, and living room French Georgian style doors. We are absolutely over the moon with our new look and it has given our home a lovely facelift. These guys are dedicated to delivering an outstanding service and I highly recommend them as a top class, 5 star family business.

There were a few issues with the installations, but these were satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner.

Expensive!

A difficult Installation due to the age of the house, but Ben and Craig overcame the issues resulting in an excellent finished product.

The contractor was very efficient and did an excellent job.

We did have issues with installation twice, the first installation was a door finishing manufacturing problem and accidental breakage of glass which was one of those things, second install the door was not fitted properly but they rectified and we are really happy with the door, frame and glass. Things do go wrong but it is important to see how the problem is dealt with and eventually rectified which shows the quality of the company and consideration of using them again.

But getting this guarantee for the work took too long.

It' common practice for window installers to make good of the render/plaster that comes off when installing windows.
The contractor caused significant damage to the outside render and the inside plaster/tiles and did not make good of it.

They were excellent in everything they did!

A huge part of us would recommend this contractor but we also hold some deep reservations regarding elements of the installation. We had several concerns but to be fair they were willing to do whatever it took to rectify our issues. We just felt that it should have been done to a higher standard in the first place.

Need to deliver what they promise to deliver and for what the Customer has paid for. Lengthy installation due to weather.
At times my home became a building site and was stressful. Measurements and product became the Customers responsibility despite no involvement with the actual measurements taking place, resulting in wrong doors fitted window, sills incompatible. Yet this was deemed as my fault because I agreed it(but never took part or was shown).
So result is doors fitted inside out, sill being sawn off to try and match variants.
Several parts of the installations had to be refitted due to poor workmanship and overall lack of experienced manpower.
There was enthusiasm to try to correct some of the issues but not by all, unfortunately.
Quite a lot of structural damage by inexperience.

A very good company that I have recommended.

The work was carried out as per arrangements. Both Tom and Josh worked hard throughout the day, from first arriving to when they left in the evening. They were both very polite, careful, and respectful of our property always placing dust sheets down, taking off there shoes/boots when they had to come into the property. Cleared up every night before leaving. Even when it was pouring with rain the day they fitted the new front door they carried on (they were both soaking wet by the end but never complained). They explained everything clearly when asked questions.

Went to this company as their ratings were excellent and found them to be absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous service from the contractor, including great comms from the office and masterful workmanship from the installation team, who were punctual, tidy and efficient. They really did go the extra mile, returning to make some adjustments free of charge. We are very pleased with the quality of the doors too, so top marks all round.

Other than initially ordering the wrong size windows, we have been very happy with the standard of the windows fitted. I will probably be contacting them in 18 months time to have the remaining windows replaced.

We were totally pleased with the new door and surround and with the company too. The installer did an excellent job. We would recommend Signature.

We have chosen a 7 for customer service due to the fact our door ‘went missing’ and we had to make weekly telephone calls to get updates. We were originally given a 6/7 week installation time frame from our deposit being taken but it took 14 weeks. However now door has been fitted we are extremely happy. The customer service rating in no way reflects on Ben who fitted our door.
