I am extremely pleased with this company�s attitude and workmanship. I had a new front door fitted for my 94 year old housebound mother and cannot praise the service she received highly enough. She was suddenly unable to lock her previous door and they provided a very speedy service, no call out fee, plus a real �can-do� attitude. The kind fitter even noted that my mother was struggling with the new lock (she is quite frail), informed his boss and they returned to fit a different type of lock that was easier for her to manage – all at no extra charge. We had to have additional work done to tidy up what the original contractor had done. The finish was not great at all and things were left in quite a mess. Work had to be put right by another contractor, hence the reason for lower scores as we had to have work put right to an acceptable standard.

Great communication and will do anything to really help. He helped me with another door,on a bank holiday. I found cheaper companies to do the work, but really why pay twice when this guy can it do it right first time. He turned up when he said he would. He stayed until the job was done right. Also, he would not take payment until I was 100% happy. That what you call professional.

Very professional. All questions relating to the work answered in a clear manner. The whole project was completed without any issues.
