Good workmanship and everything left tidy I am very pleased with the completed job.

I think communication between the manager and the customer sometimes get a bit difficult he need to understand that a happy customer is always going to give u the best ratings and reviews. Workmanship can improve there are areas which could be carried out in more detail , even handing out information and quality of the materialsShould be explained thoroughly so when a customer comes to them for they are fully given chapter and verse on everything ..,I could carry on ..But I think overall they are good little improvements here and there �

No customer service skill . They did not provide the contract when agreed the price. Bedroom fire escape windows made smaller than existing window. After lots of argument they replace the bedroom windows. But still did not install the air vent in any window or door this cause lots of condensation in the rooms when keep fully closed.
