Eddie Leesfield and his team built a single storey extension for us. we were initially apprehensive as we had not used them before.We voiced to Eddie so many questions and concerns, before and during the work. Eddie always explained what they were doing and reassured us that the work would be of a high standard., nothing was to much trouble, always willing to to advise and recommend ideas to achieve the best resultsI can say now that the extension is complete, it looks great, we are delightedI would highly recommend Leesfield Development Ltd. All workmen were respectful and pleasant most of the time , reliability of what time they would be arriving sometimes schetchy resulting in a phone call to office to see what time they would arrive , electrician a case in point if I have any negatives it was a lack of communication , otherwise I am happy with the work done plus some little extras they carried out such as utility and staircase I would definitely recommend them and indeed have done so resulting in my friend now using them

the contractor was very helpful in helping my wife and I chose the correct window with openings to provide an emergency exit (if and when required) .This was something we had not considered.

Leesfield have been brilliant ,very prompt,pleasant and cleaned up when work finished. There was a slight problem with one of the blinds but they came back the following day and fixed it. I would be very happy to recommend them

While the time keeping and communication was poor, the work was very good. If you can get past this downfall I would recommend them to anyone. Shame that something as simple as communication is lacking.
