A+++ service. Literally cannot fault. There was a delay on the window being delivered [not Axtell’s fault] and everything that Josh did to inform me of this and rearrange fitting was second to none. I really appreciated everything start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending. The price was also incredibly reasonable against some of the [what can only be described as] ridiculous quotes that came through from “bigger” companies. I have many more windows needed and I will be calling on Axtell Windows for them, no doubt about it!

Excellent service, as usual Josh took great care removing our old windows, before leaving the property he makes sure the new windows are exactly as we wanted and then everything is left clean and tidy. Good job.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Charlotte on emails was easy to get hold of and replied in a timely manner, and answered all my questions on enquiry. Josh was always prompt and on time, left the house much cleaner than I thought he would considering the job he was doing. You would never have known we had new windows fitted the clean up was so good. We had a minor issue with one window post installation but this was fixed quickly and no issues since. Thank you Axtell windows.
