The work obviously disrupted the home space, but the preparation and approach of the contractor minimised this. We were given options of which rooms to start, and they were accommodating with timings which helped our planning. We were really happy with the professionalism and quality of work.

Recommended by the company that installed my new kitchen. Although the lead time was long it was worth the wait. The product is excellent. Rosewell managed the installation to a very high standard.
If I need to replace any other windows or doors I will look to them first.

I was very happy with all aspects of customer care and communication prior to installation. I was happy with the finished product and the workmanship as well.
I sadly did have an issue with cleanliness and tidiness. It has been discussed and I was satisfied with the genuine apology and hopefully lesson learned. A small tweak and easily remedied …and I would still happily recommend and will use again in the future.
