The above review is caveated on the works only just being completed (2 weeks ago) so is subject to there being no subsequent issues.

I will most certainly be considering further window replacement provided the same installation team can be made available as they were 10/10.

Excellent service from start to finish

Professional, cleaned up all the mess , polite and friendly.

We were very please with the overall process and results.

Installation team were very good, but did arrive a bit late. Everything was left neat and tidy.Salesman made derogatory comments about other installers, and gave inaccurate legal information, hence lower mark for customer service.

From start to finish WSL were absolutely amazing, very professional and had such high standards of work I can not complain and am very happy with the work complete.

Fitting Team excellent , Customer focussed to make sure all aspects of the installation were what we expected .Issues with the incorrect parts in manufacture were resolved quickly but did delay the fitting Team .

The initial salesman didn�t check the cosmetic suitability of the lead in the glass. We were shown a photo which looked like silver lead which was in fact gold. Didn�t match the existing windows. Tried to get in touch but Will didn�t return my call. Very disappointed.

WSL should check in with the client after a week or two to make sure everything is satisfactory, my front door dead lock has become difficult to close and I am still awaiting a replacement handle for the one that is damaged. I was also promised a payment if a successful recommendation was made, which there has been, however this appears to have conveniently forgotten.

Excellent building firm. They were friendly and capable. They did a really good, neat job with an excellent finish. They also tidied up after themselves, leaving the garden and conservatory clear of any rubbish.

Had to have replacement fitters at very short notice due to illness so the two guys that came although very nice were totally unprepared and only bought two small dust sheets with them .we were told that everywhere would be covered stairs etc.If it had been a wet day WSL would have had a bill for carpet cleaning.when safestyle did our front windows we did not know they had been inthe house but this time it felt like a building site.could not help thinking it was a bit of a rushed job.

First class service and product

The team arrived slightly later than I was informed but they wanted to remove the existing rubbish in the van to protect my installation units. The work was carried out in a timely manner with all mess removed vacuumed at the end, leaving the area clean and tidy. The workers were very professional and I cannot fault the workmanship or the installation.

Where i have scored 9, I found the plaster some what messy around my dustbin area when disposing of unwanted plaster, put in the wrong dustbin and mess over the top of the bin and spilt on the floor,

The company and the installation of the windows was to a very high standard. There was an issue that caused a delay, when thier surveyour failed to realise that lintels where required on 2 of the downstairs windows. Both the doors were faulty, one of them having to be replaced. I appreciate that the doors come from the factory already assembled, but it does make me wonder about the quality control at the factory that supplies them.

We are very pleased with our new patio door. Its our second purchase from WSL windows. There was a slight delay on the day due to a larger van being required to deliver the patio door. All turned out ok in the end and we are now enjoying a warmer living room as a result of a modern product as compared to our old aluminium framed door.

the workmanship was of an excellent standard and very reliable, the communication throughout with the company and the installers was also excellent.

The unit of bifolding doors has been a disaster and we are now waiting for a replacement unit so no certificate can be produced. I believe/hope the contractors will put all to right soon!I cannot complete all questions as even my date of birth is not registering!

(With everything being transparent and willing to help in any way) Will be passing their number on to my colleagues, friends and family.

Would have preferred to be contacted by phone for installation date information not by email only. Installers were good and friendly.

Customer service from Will and his team was exceptional from start to finish, Rob and Kiefer the window installers were clean, tidy and very respectful of property, would highly recommend this company.

To start off with, it was nice to have a company that was helpful and not pushy with trying to sell extras. The staff and contractors were helpful and friendly, as well as understanding of our needs due to my family needing to shield. They were on time and kept me up to date when the windows and door were ready to be delivered and fitted. I would (and already have) recommended them to others.

The question, “Would you recommend the contractor?” is unfortunately binary.Double glazing is trying to shake off a poor image and WSL was set up to do, so, “Yes, with reservations or No, but they’re trying hard” would be a fairer answer to your question.I have had a lengthy conversation with WSL windows regarding several matters: claims made by their salesmanover run of fitting time from one to two full daysthe relationship between the fitter and WSL windows, as expressed to me by the salesman as “they have their own fitters”, which to the layman means one thing but is actually believed to mean “they only work for us” I am currently awaiting the “service team” to reattach some “beading” that has popped out.I am not a difficult customer. My previous windows were fitted by “cowboys”
