Jamie installed the door and was very neat and tidy - in fact there was no mess whatsoever. He also assisted us with our doorbell which he was under no obligation to do so we were very impressed! He clearly puts customers above anything else rather than rushing through the job etc. The customer service was fantastic all the way from getting a quote to measuring to the fitting.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Work was completed to a high standard and all members of the team dealt with my questions / queries really well.

The quality of the product is very good. However, there was lack of attention to detail in design process and some miscommunication about the frame not being completely colour matched to the door and this has resulted in me having a frame I’m am not completely happy with.
I have provided my feedback to the organisation and been told there is no resolution now the doors are fitted which doesn’t feel good enough.
